Upon arrival, all guests, including minors, must present an identification document. A rental contract will be signed. Minors without parents cannot stay without a chaperone equipped with a written authorization from the parents. Please respect the condominium silence from 11 pm to 8 am. No smoking inside the house; there is a balcony where smoking is allowed.
