We live on the first floor of the small villa, and if you need us, we will be there for you. It is forbidden to host third parties. It is forbidden to dispose of hygiene products, absorbents, and food in the toilet. When you go out, please make sure to turn off the lights, gas, air conditioning, doors, and windows. Please separate waste and use the appropriate containers provided. You will find a manual in the accommodation with all the necessary information, advice, and house rules.

The apartment is located in the Galluzzo district at the foot of the famous Certosa of Florence, built in the XIV century by Niccolò Acciaoli, a member of one of the most illustrious Florentine families to which the central square is dedicated. Quiet residential area with a wide variety of shops of all kinds, two supermarkets, bars, pastry shops, delicatessens, wine bars, pizzerias, restaurants, and a daily market in the square. Walking among the market stalls, you will feel like true Florentines. Laundry service a 1-minute walk away. A few steps away is the large park of Galluzzo where you can walk in the green, run, and do sports. Three bus lines, 11, 36, and 37 with a stop a few meters from the house, will allow you to reach the historic center of Florence in a short time. The area offers easy free parking. The highway junction for Siena and the A1 motorway can be reached by car in less than 5 minutes. You will be at the doors of Chianti. Do not miss the opportunity to taste a world-famous wine.
