Hello, we are Laura and Maurizio. Originally from Milan, we discovered Torre Colimena during one of our many trips exploring Salento, and we immediately fell in love with its unspoiled nature, its breathtaking and still little-visited beaches, its tranquility, and authenticity. With previous experience as hosts in our city of Milan, in 2023 we decided to embark on this activity also for summer stays.

Nearby you can find Porto Cesareo, Torre Lapillo, Avetrana, San Pietro in Bevagna, and Campomarino. In just over an hour by car, you can reach the Adriatic coast of Puglia and the southern part of the boot, including Gallipoli in about 45 minutes. For visits inland, reachable within an hour by car, you can visit Martinafranca, famous for Capocollo and gastronomy, Cisternino, Ceglie Messapica, and Locorotondo known for gastronomy and Trulli. Lecce, a Baroque city, Ostuni, the White City, and Brindisi can be reached within about 2 hours by car. Bari, Matera, Alberobello, Fasano Zoo Safari, Val d'Itria, and the Murge area of Altamura are also within a 2-hour drive.
