Hello, we are Laura and Maurizio. Originally from Milan, we discovered Torre Colimena during one of our many trips exploring Salento and immediately fell in love with its unspoiled nature, breathtaking and still uncrowded beaches, its tranquility, and authenticity. Having experience as hosts in our city, Milan, in 2023 we decided to start this activity also for summer stays.
Nearby you can find Porto Cesareo, Torre Lapillo, Avetrana, San Pietro in Bevagna, and Campomarino. In a little over an hour by car you can reach the Adriatic coast of Puglia and the southern part of the boot, Gallipoli in about 45 minutes. For visits inland, reachable in about an hour by car, there are Martinafranca, famous for Capocollo and gastronomy, Cisternino, Ceglie Messapica, and Locorotondo, known for gastronomy and Trulli. Also, Lecce, a Baroque city, Ostuni, the White City, and Brindisi. In about 2 hours by car, you can reach Bari, Matera, Alberobello, Fasano zoo Safari, Val d'Itria, and the Murgia region, including Altamura.
