Immersed in the hills of Lecco on Lake Como, our apartment is located in an ancient but well-maintained building with a private entrance accessible via external stairs. Spread over two floors, the lower level welcomes you with a cozy living room complete with a fireplace, sitting area, and TV. The spacious, well-equipped kitchen features a stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, and dining area. A guest bathroom with a toilet, sink, and washing machine completes this level. Going up to the upper floor, you will find two bedrooms and the main bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed and an open wardrobe, while the second bedroom has a single bed, an additional single bed, and a wardrobe. The bathroom on the upper floor is equipped with a bathtub, toilet, bidet, and sink. A balcony offers a wonderful view of the lake.
