Smoking inside the structure is prohibited but allowed outside. From 11 pm to 7 am, a low voice volume must be observed to avoid disturbing guests in other apartments. After 11 pm, in respect of the environment and health, heating and air conditioning units must be turned off. The house provides water from a natural and certified source suitable for human consumption, aiming to respect the environment by eliminating plastic bottles. Guests are expected to use water moderately to support the environment.
