Guests will be given a guidebook with rules and useful information for their stay in the booked apartment. Inside the house, SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. For smokers, there is a covered porch on the ground floor and the garden, both for shared use. Private parties are not allowed, and strict compliance with quiet hours is requested to avoid disturbing other tenants.
Giovenzana is a truly very quiet little village. You will stay in an oasis of peace and serenity. From the balconies, you can enjoy a beautiful panorama overlooking Montevecchia, LC, and in the distance, you can see Monza and Milan. In the morning, opening the windows, you will immerse yourself in the sweet sounds of nature. In the summer, you can enjoy much cooler temperatures compared to the city.
