It is possible to cancel the reservation without penalty up to 14 days before the arrival date. From 13 to 7 days before the arrival date, the deposit paid as confirmation of the room will be retained and can be used for another stay of equal or higher value within 1 year from the start of the stay. If the cancellation occurs from 6 to 2 days before the arrival date, 75% of the total amount of the stay must be paid. Cancellation 1 day before your arrival, no show, or early departure will require payment of the total estimated amount and any consumptions.
