The tourist tax is set at 150 euros per person per night for a maximum of 5 nights. Exempt from the tourist tax are: - minors up to the age of fourteen - the manager of the accommodation facility, their family members, employees, and other collaborators who stay in the accommodation facility even if not residents of the Municipality of Lecco - members of the armed forces and police forces staying for service reasons - individuals assisting patients admitted to accredited healthcare facilities in the Municipality of Lecco, with one exemption per patient's caregiver. Exemption is subject to the presentation of a specific certificate. - volunteers from the provincial, regional, and national Civil Protection, as well as members of volunteer associations in the event of disasters and major events identified by the Administration - individuals subject to measures taken by public authorities to address emergency situations resulting from extraordinary calamitous events or for humanitarian aid purposes. Exemption is subject to the presentation of a specific certificate.
