FACILITIES In Casa della Chicca you will have at your disposal Wi-Fi, TV, induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine, fans, clothes horse, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, safe, bed linen and towels upon arrival. Private internal parking is available for motorcycles only, while for cars there are public parking spaces nearby. NOTES AND RULES: - Small children are welcome. Contact me if you need a high chair, baby food, cot, stroller, etc. - Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. - Pets are not allowed. - Tourist tax of 100 euros per person per night must be paid in cash at check-in; credit cards are not accepted. - Guests must respect the house rules and pool usage guidelines. - Before leaving the apartment, cleaning of the kitchen area with all dishes and appliances is required. Failure to clean at check-out will result in a deduction of 100 euros from the security deposit. - The security deposit must be paid in cash upon arrival and will be refunded at check-out after checking the condition of the apartment. - In the apartment, you will find a manual with various tips, restaurants, activities, etc., as well as useful instructions on waste recycling. AROUND Casa della Chicca is an excellent starting point both for the famous Sentiero del Viandante, which runs along the entire eastern shore of Lake Como with fantastic views and easy routes accessible to all, and to reach destinations for experts such as the summit of the mountain overlooking us, Grigna, and all its shelters. A few minutes by car will take you to the lake with equipped beaches, volleyball courts, kiosks, and children's playgrounds. Mandello del Lario, which is only 3 km from the house, besides being the home of the famous Moto Guzzi, is an ideal starting point to discover all the towns on the lake, such as the unmissable Varenna. The Mandello del Lario railway station has trains to Varenna, Lecco, and Milan at all hours. From Varenna's pier, there are connections to Bellagio and all the central lake area.
