Ballabio - Ballabio Lake

Welcome to our ancient but perfectly renovated house located in the town of Ballabio in the heart of Valsassina. The area is located 10 minutes from Lake Como and an hour's drive from Milan. The house is spread over 3 floors with ample spaces for relaxation and comfort. There are two bedrooms, three bathrooms, two double beds, and three single beds. In particular, on the ground floor, there is a large living room with a dining area. The kitchen is well-equipped and on the ground floor, there is also a bathroom with a shower. Going up to the first floor, there are two cozy bedrooms with double beds and each room has a private bathroom. One of the two bedrooms has an internal staircase to reach the attic floor where you can find three more single beds and a desk. There is also a washing machine, as well as other appliances.
