Registration on Folltip.com is completely free, either as a Host or Guest.  Anyone over the age of 18 can register.

1. If you have forgotten your password, you can set a new one by clicking "Forgoy your password?" from the login window.
Enter the email address used when registering your account and a verification code will be sent to you. Once you receive the code, follow the directions to reset your password.

2. If you have just registered for the portal, you probably have not yet verified your account!
Check your inbox (even the spam one!), you should have received an'email with an account verification link.

Check that the email did not end up in the spam/junk or commercial folder. If you can't find lemail, contact customer support by filling out the dedicated form found at this link.

Click the "Forgot your password?" link found in the Login window.

Click the "Forgot your username?" link found in the Login window.
